These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website impactglobaledu.com and any services provided by Impact Global Education (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

1. Our Services

We provide study abroad counselling, university and course selection guidance, application preparation and submission, student visa application support, and English language test preparation.

The specific services provided to you will be confirmed in writing at the point of engagement.

2. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Applicants under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

You agree that all information and documentation you provide is true, accurate, complete and genuine.

Submission of forged, altered or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

3. Fees and Payment

• Initial consultation is provided free of charge.
• Service fees, where applicable, will be communicated in writing before any work begins and must be agreed by you.
• Our service fees are separate from and do not include university application fees, tuition deposits, English test fees, visa fees, biometric charges, translation costs, courier charges or travel expenses.
• All fees are payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by the payment methods specified at the time of engagement.

4. Refunds

Our refund position is as follows:

• Fees for services already performed are non-refundable.
• Third-party fees including university, embassy, test and courier fees are non-refundable by us once paid and are governed by the policies of those organisations.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing complete and truthful documentation promptly when requested
• Meeting all deadlines communicated to you by us or by the institution
• Attending scheduled appointments, interviews and biometric appointments
• Arranging your own funds for tuition, living costs and travel
• Reading and understanding any document before you sign it
• Informing us promptly of any change in your circumstances, contact details or documentation

6. Third-Party Institutions

We work with universities, colleges, pathway providers and recruitment platforms. We may receive commission from an institution when a student enrols. This does not affect the fee you pay us, and we remain committed to recommending programmes on the basis of your profile and interests.

If you would like to know whether we hold a commercial relationship with a particular institution, you are entitled to ask and we will tell you.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, course quality, accommodation, fee changes or policy changes of any third-party institution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount of service fees you have actually paid to us.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost tuition deposits, lost travel costs, lost earnings, or losses arising from a refused visa or withdrawn offer.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes in immigration policy, embassy processing delays, institutional decisions, strikes, natural disasters or internet outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, country guides, graphics, logos and layout — is the property of Impact Global Education and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree:

• Not to use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Not to introduce any malicious code
• Not to interfere with the operation or security of the website

We may suspend access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or other operational reasons.

10. Termination

We may terminate our engagement with you where you:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay agreed fees
• Behave abusively toward our staff
• Breach these Terms & Conditions

You may terminate our engagement at any time in writing, subject to Section 4 regarding refunds.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3–5 working days and aim to resolve it as promptly as reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page.

Continued use of our website or services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
